All radio stations are permitted to advertise two(2) times per hour in the Social, Rated and Competitive lobbies on our site. Radio Stations are allowed to have no more than two(2) lines per advertisement. Only one DJ per station is allowed to advertise in all lobbies. In addition, do not submit a line or two of advertisement less than 20 lines after another advertisment. As a courtesy to our players, our lobbies must not be flooded with ads or with chats that are informally advertising their site as well. If a radio station representative enters a lobby to addy, please take a minute to make sure there are no other ads within 20 lines. Our goal is to make this a pleasant experience for our players, and if they have a pleasant experience, they are more likely to pay attention to the ads that the Radio Station posts.

In the tournament lobbies, radio stations must ask for permission from the host in that lobby prior to putting their advertisement in the lobby. Please PM them and post only after they have acknowledged that it is permissable. You must do this EVERY time you enter the tournament lobby.

In the League and Ladder lobbies, radio stations must have the permission from the Admin in the lobby at the time, prior to putting their advertisment in the lobby. They will take your request to their HA and after the Head Admin makes the decision they will let you know. You must ask permission any time you enter their league or ladder lobby. These are private areas, managed by the League and Ladder group.

If any HOST or any Admin in the tournament lobby or in the league and ladder lobbys says no advertisement, please thank them and leave their lobby.

We see free advertising with SafeHarborgames as a two way cooperative venture. In exchange for SafeHarborGames allowing the radio stations to advertise for free in our lobbies, we expect a similar consideration from the Radio station. There should be a SafeHarborGames Logo on any Radio Station taking advantage of our free advertising policy. Any violation of our free advertising policy will hinder that Radio Station's ability to advertise in SHG.

As we do with any business, we also offer a paid advertising method, that allows the client to have their advertisement show at least 5 minutes every hour by use of a graphic and link at the bottom right of our lobby client. In addition, our paid radio advertisers can advertise up to four(4) times per hour in the Social, Rated and Competive lobbies on our site.
