Over Time Change weekend, there was a major network issue. Between the two, some players are having issues with multiple logins. The issue is a combination of the time change and local network issues.

Do the following:

First - make sure your PC time AND TIME ZONE are correct since the Time Change update.

Second - Exit from all lobbies and Friends list. THIS MEANS EXIT the Friends list, not just minimize or hitting the "X" in the upper right corner. Click on Friends, then on exit.

Third - Reset your network connection by following these directions.

1. Power down or unplug the network box from the provider.
2. Power down and turn off the computer. Make sure you choose Shut down, not Sleep or Hibernate.
3. Wait 10 minutes
4. Power on or plug in the network box from the provider.
5. Wait 10 minutes.
6. Power on your computer.
7. Login to our site.
